We provided design and documentation to the upgrade of the 1928 pavilion. Amenities were carefully upgraded to retain the heritage aspects of the existing space while providing a kitchen that complies with current food health requirements. ESD initiatives included low VOC MDF substrate board, low VOC paints, durable and low maintenance finishes for longevity and reduced use of chemical cleaners.
