We have been engaged to master plan the redevelopment of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School in Swan Hill, to create engaging, flexible spaces. The administration centre will be remodelled to improve and enhance the current facilities. An extended staff base will include a private work area, casual lounge and dining facilities with an extended kitchen. The lounge area will open on to a private external relaxation zone.

An additional covered and semi-covered external learning area will be directly accessible from the learning spaces. Organic canopies will be added to the existing agora space to link the building and provide shelter from the weather.

The master plan incorporates energy efficient design principals from the outset to promote natural light, ventilation and a high-energy performance for each building.
