Our 2010 refurbishing of the historic Newport Williamstown Angling Club was handled sensitively and respectfully. We carefully documented the existing conditions of the entire building to to create a point of reference for future upgrades. All details of the building have been captured and measured for accurate restoration works.

ESD initiatives included the use of recycled timber internal linings, energy efficient and low maintenance light fittings, water efficient fixtures and fittings, selection of durable surfaces for low maintenance and longevity, a new air lock to minimise winter wind penetration and allow cooling summer bay breezes, new carpet with 35% recycled content green star certified, low VOC paints.
