This new sports pavilion at Beaconsfield was completed in 2013 and provides leading sporting and social facilities for football and cricket. The pavilion includes change rooms for players and umpires, and a kiosk on the ground floor, and a large social room with bar and viewing decks to two adjoining ovals and administration facilities on the second floor.

The new pavilion is a significant project for both Cardinia Shire Council and the precinct. ESD initiatives include passive heating, rain water run off capture gardens, insulated thermal mass to stabilise internal temperatures, thermally efficient materials, minimised air conditioned spaces, rain water tanks, low maintenance façade materials, new carpet with 35% recycled content green star certified, highest performing low VOC paints, low formaldehyde board, and water efficient fixtures and fittings.
