DSE office administration and depot facilities are currently under construction at Bendoc, Dalylesfod and Beaufort. For each of these projects we have placed a strong focus on incorporating innovative environmental features, while maintaining the functionality and safety of staff.

Two of the most recent designs at Bendoc and Daylesford contextualise the Australian shed as a design concept. The buildings have been designed to provide a work environment that is both efficient and safe, and minimises the need for extensive OH&S audits and management plans. ESD initiatives include key environmental features such as high level natural lighting, passive cross ventilation, solar hot water, surface runoff bio-swales and water storage capacity sufficient for a water neutral site.
